I have worked for years in the curtains and blinds industry in Auckland. Specifically, I have worked in different areas for different companies in sales, installation and customer service.

After a decade of doing this, I soon realised that many customers were not well served.  Many people were time-poor and needed help to work out what they actually wanted.
